Arthur Cooksey, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, has an extensive background in marketing and management, along with experience starting companies from the ground floor.  Mr. Cooksey began his career in l988 at age twenty-one with World Book Educational Products.  It was in this very challenging environment that Mr. Cooksey learned the basics of marketing and business.  He rapidly rose through the ranks of management to become the youngest Division Manager in the history of this Fortune 500 company. In l994, Mr. Cooksey founded and became the President and CEO of Universal Paging, Inc. Universal Paging was a cellular and paging carrier as well as a retail outlet, and Mr. Cooksey opened multiple stores.  While Universal Paging, Inc., was prospering, Mr. Cooksey started Capital Currency, a payday advance loan company and He served as President and CEO and again opened several stores.
