Chad B. Augustine, a native of San Diego, California, Father of 4 beautiful children and husband of 15 years. Mr. Augustine is actively involved in his local church and being a father has a passion for protecting all children. Mr. Augustine comes from an extensive background in Finance, Business Startups, Merchant Banking and Real Estate Property Management. Mr. Augustine started his career with Ford Motor Company and worked his way up the ladder to the #1 Internet Sales Manager in the Country. In 2005 Mr. Augustine moved his family to Charlotte, NC to start up Elite Team Realty & Property Management (www.elitecarolinas.com) which is one of the top investment real estate companies in Charlotte. In 2008 Chad accepted a personal banking role in the financial service industry and rose to a current position as Vice President of Merchant Banking. While working in his current position Mr. Augustine met Mr. Cooksey and found out they both have the same passion for the goals and missions of MASA/ProtectTheChildren.org
